UP NEET Cut Off Marks 2021- Procedure to Break the Tie
- If in case two or more candidates scored the same then the tie breaking procedure is used to break the tie between the marks secured by the candidates.
In the below pointers the process is mentioned:
- Higher marks in Biology: the applicant who will score more than others in Biology will be provided preference.
- Higher marks in Chemistry: If the tie is still there, then the student with higher marks in chemistry will be given preference.
- Incorrect answers: If still the tie is existing out there, then the applicant with more correct answers will be given preference.
- Age: If nothing works out from the above mentions then, the last step to break the tie will be the age criteria. The age criteria states that the person older than others will be given preference.
