Nakal Verification | Applicants can check the Nakal verification easily from the portal through following up the steps mentioned below. Visit the official link of the Punjab lands record i.e. jamabandi.punjab.gov.in Under the official portal, applicants have to select the Nakal Verification link present on the page. After you visit the link, applicants have to enter their District, Tehsil and the Start and end date for receiving the Nakal Verification. After entering the details applicant have to click on Verify Nakal and the details of the Nakal Verification will appear on the screen. How to do Property Tax Register?
The property tax is compulsory and it is to be paid by each and every applicant who have the property under the municipal corporation. Before direct paying of the property tax, applicant has to first register themselves in the portal. The steps to view the property register is provided below.

- Under the official portal applicant have to select the “Property Tax Register” link present on the page.
